There's a box at Wimbledon known as the Royal Box, and if you're wondering who is allowed to sit there, the name gives you a big clue. However, this box isn't only used for royals. So who is it for?
The Wimbledon Royal Box
This Wimbledon box has been reserved for royals and their guests since 1922. It's on the south side of Centre Court, and it has a star-studded guest list that includes more than just members of the British royal family. The royal box can seat up to 74 people. The wicker chairs are dark green, and designed by Lloyd Loom. The box comes with several rules that one must follow if invited to sit there.
